By accessing or using the BETEKK website (betekk.com) and any related services, including the CanvasTEKK platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BETEKK Pte Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Singapore and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BETEKK Pte Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms

You will provide accurate, current, and complete information where required

You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials

You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

BETEKK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. BETEKK shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

In no event shall BETEKK Pte Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Any content obtained from the Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BETEKK expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BETEKK does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Singapore, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
